had therapy and massage today. the shoulders' getting better. another 3 sessions to go before i see Doc Teoh. hopefully by then she gives me the green light. i cant even do farking pushups cos of my shoulder. later in the day there'll gym and gotta do deadlifts which really hurt esp the lower back.

today i'll be joining 'toyol' and 'afro' at the hotel. they helped me get a job there. appreciate that dawgs. spot on farhan, its sure gonna be hell fun when the 3 of us are around.

im missing you and nobody knows it but me, baby x)
